Shipping and Returns
All sales are final.
Refunds are not valid due to change of mind. If you receive your product faulty, damaged you must contact our customer services team at lipstickempirecosmetics@gmail.com within 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Postage Costs
For all orders under 500g or $150.00 shipping fees are -
$11.95 for Australia Post eParcel
$14.95 for Australia Post Express Post
For all orders over 500g the following shipping fees are -
$17.95 for Australia Post 3kg Standard
$21.95 for Australia Post 3kg Express
Free express postage is offered for all orders over $175.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Any dangerous goods items (eg nail polish) will have to be sent via eParcel road freight.
All parcels sent across Australia will include:
A tracking number from Australia Post on email so you can follow your parcels progress in transit.
(All products are wrapped in tissue wrap and bubble wrap to keep them safe for you during shipping process).
To ensure the safety and security of your parcels,
we only allow parcels to be signature upon delivery.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE SENT OUT?
We post out all parcels within 48 hours of you placing your order and your payment
clearing.
Unless you have purchased a pre-order item (which relevant information is available below). And also (excluding any public holidays and weekends).

Please make sure your address details are correct as we cannot change
or alter an address once your order has been paid for.
HOW FAST WILL THE POST BE?
Lipstick Empire Cosmetics currently use Australia Post eParcel (road freight)
and Express Post services for all parcels.
Please refer to Australia Post for your post code so you know how long your
postage may take to your Zone from Melbourne (our postcode 3032)

Metro - up to 2 business days
Country - up to 5 business days
Sending interstate:
Metro - up to 3-6 business days, depending on lodgement and destination points
Country - Please ask at your local Post Office
Australia Post Express post time frames -
Covers 80% of Australian business addresses,
private addresses and Post Office boxes.
Service operates between all capital cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD only)
and some major centres.
Outside metropolitan areas guaranteed service is to
and from townships only. If your item is for an address
outside the Express Post network, Australia Post will use
the fastest possible transport links, but it won't be
covered by their next day guarantee.
Returns
To be eligible for a return in exchange for store credit. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned any products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or if we receive the items back after the 15 day policy.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
All sales are final.
Only regular priced items may be refunded due to the outlined policy details above. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, or exchanged for store credit.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and will not award store credit due to change of mind. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at lipstickempirecosmetics@gmail.com

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for the returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please note - Australia Post charges (Lipstick Empire Cosmetics) whenever an item is sent back to us due to the below listed scenarios, which is a charge incurred by the customer.
If you want the item resent, you will incure a bill for the returned postage charges, or the return to sender postage cost would be deducted from any amount refunded, if you choose to not have the item resent out to you.
Additional postage charges incurred by customer are for following reasons below:
1. You supplied the wrong address on your order
2. You did not collect the parcel from the Post Office by their due date.
(after Australia Post attempts delivery prior).
Where the product is faulty, postage charges are reimbursed by
Lipstick Empire Cosmetics once product is inspected and deemed faulty.
